The stock intake isn't the restriction. It's the air silencer attached to the air box via the fenderwell. When my car was bone stock it made 376 wheel. Pulled the silencer and made a pull just after. Made 392 wheel. That 4-6° of timing that you are leaving on the table hurts a bit too.
