Turns out I was having rubbing issues but just a little. The plastic covering the wheel wells inside the rear fenders was rubbing on the inside of the tires. When I removed the back tires I could see where it had rubbed on the plastic since it was a lighter shade than the rest. I drilled a self tapping screw thru the plastic to the wheel well to hold the plastic tighter to the frame and cut away a small portion also. The passenger side was a little more worn that the drivers but I did both but didn't have to cut away any plastic on that side. Pretty sure I got it centered with the adjustable panhard bar. They were rubbing about the same amount on each side. I guess using 305 size tires is really pushing the envelope using these wheels.

Are those the s550 headlights from lmr?

Yeah, I'm not crazy about them though. They don't look as good as I expected and the projectors themselves aren't the best (even after I added HIDs). If the Morimoto LED headlights on AM were out when I bought these, I would have gotten the Morimotos instead. I still may get the Morimotos but paying $700 and going through the hassle of installing headlights again isn't #1 on my priority list

Ha ha. Yeah, i liked the looks of those, but the way the hood on the s197 overlaps the lights, they are kinda tucked in, so I dont know... Im more concerned with changing the tail lights. Love the 13-14, but mine is a '12 and I just dont like the look. Gonna go with the raxiom aero's. They are cheap and I talked to a guy at a show that has had his for 4+ years no problem.

I'm going with these pretty soon:

Raxiom Mustang Vector V2 LED Tail Lights 405839 (10-12 All)

Right now I still have the stock tail lights but used VHT nite shades red to spray over the clear reverse sections

I've seen the aeros in person and one thing to keep in mind is they stick way out in a point and look kind of goofy from any angle besides straight on

Yeah, looking at this pic, I see what you're saying. I also thought of doing tint and trim, but idk. I love those vectors, but probably out of my price range.

Here are my Saleen Heritage in charcoal, finally on the car.
19x10 rear (+50mm) w/ 285/35
19x9 front (+30mm) w/ 275/35
I already want to burn off the rear and go wider. The 285 rear width was recommended by Saleen, but altho it might handle better, it seems too narrow on the 10" wheel. Wheel spokes stick out farther than the tire. Time to do some donuts and get the 305s!!

Finally, my tires came in. I ordered Cooper Zeon's as a seller on Amazon had the rears for $107 each! Ended up getting all 4 for a tad over $500. I don't track or anything, so figured I'd try these as I'm in a money pinch. The rims were close outside that I purchased on black Friday when they were cut to $80 each. I didn't plan on 20's, but it was such a good deal. All in all, this package ran me only about $850.

20×10 275/35
20x9 255/35

I have Eibach pro shocks and struts with Vogtland springs which will be installed in a few weeks giving about 1.2" drop.

Anyone running S550 PP1 black wheels on a ‘11-‘12 body? How do S550 wheels work out on a S197 car in general?

Forgestar 19x11 square (+56)
(Wheels sit 1/4" inside wheel opening on rear and almost touch the shock boot - perfect fit)

Falken RT660, 295/35 tires.

Fronts required extended studs and a 15mm spacer. They tuck in by 1/2".

This change was due to a new focus on handling. The tires are 200 tw and SCCA Solo (autocross) legal. They warm up quick and get sticky like a drag radial. I can't express to you guys how great they are. It's like having 555RII's for forward grip, but these handle and you have them up front too.

I've pulled a peak of 1.32 lateral g's on the autocross course so far. I have around 1500 miles on them and they should last around 10,000 total, but will likely age out before I get there.
