The last couple of days I've been getting the p219a code. What are the possible reasons for this?

Thanks for the info. I cleared the code and it hasn't come back. The car runs fine, I'll datalog and get with my tuner.
Shifty, did you ever get to the bottom of this? I threw the same code and a week later noticed some mornings that it would occasionally stumble on startup and chop like it had a cam. Few weeks go by and after a 3rd gear WOT pull it threw the code again. Went to change oil/inspect and noticed gas in my oil. So I had likely been driving it for a month like that ~3k miles
