Problem with rear rotor swap

Trying to swap the rear rotors but the brake cable is behind tbe bottom caliper bracket bolt and I can't get a socket on it. Not doing pads just rotors .Any suggestions?

The e brake cable? Take it off, pretty easy to do. A flat head screw driver and a pair of vice grips is all you need.
