Got a few questions on the matter.

1. Does enough air make it between the crash bumper and the body to not require a fan?

2. http://www.jegs.com/i/Derale/259/51008/10002/-1 would this be good enough to be a cooler?

3. The impact bumper if it would need cut what would be the best way to reinforce it?
