They're not the best drivers. I had a 1995 GT that went 14.9 @ 91ish bone stock way back then. When I bought it I looked at a 1995 black cobra with black cloth interior for $24kxxx. Decided on the Sapphire blue loaded GT with opal leather, mach460, and 5spd. That was a beautiful mustang.

The 95R's have never hit their stride. Last I looked they could be had for mid to high 20's.

I remember how badly my brothers ws6 would smoke this car back in the day! lol. He would run a 13.7@100 and his friends cobra with light mods would hit 14.6@93mph.

We thought that was blazing back then! Right around 1996...

I bought a 94 Cobra new. A Rio red coupe with saddle leather. I had that car 15 years.... It ran 14.27 at 96 100% stock as delivered. I think I might have been able to squeeze out a teen, but I started modding it. I ended up building a SVO block 347ci supercharged beast before I sold it.... It ran high 10s at 128... Which was really fast in the early 2000s... Miss that car!!

Thanks for sharing. I've had 4 SN95 Cobra's now, 3 94's and a '97. Something keeps bringing me back to this slow piece of crap lol.
