Seat belt light and chime

I have seen the schematics for the power seat conversion, but cant find specifically what I am trying to do.

I installed a set of aftermarket seats in my car and want the dash light and chime to work. Looking at the chassis plug with the four wires 1 black 2 green and 1 black with blue tracer. I still have the stock seat belt buckle. Putting a meter on chassis plug I found power and grounds, the black without a tracer is not powered. For giggles I put a jumper between the stock buckle and the black with tracer and applied power but couldnt get the dash to show that the buckle was connected. If that all makes sense.

Just looking for a seat belt buckle diagram or some insight.
