This dude went all in for a V6 convertible

It’s a GT but, I️ built it the way I️ wanted. Regardless of what will be parked in there.

Wish stupid city would let you build more than 816 sq ft. Feel ripped off. Nearly $40,000 and still too small!

It is/was on GJ... until PhotoF*cket ransomed all my photos. I've been too lazy to go back and move all my photos to another host and then update all the links. But regardless of all of that, thanks! :)

Nice GT! Loved that color on those and rims. Perfect combo.

And I love the new Camry's, the '18 models. Toyota makes some reliable cars, just got a '17 Corolla for a DD.

Thanks! I️ have a love/hate relationship with Laser Red, lol. The new Camrys are nice. My wife is wishing she would’ve waited to get a 18’.

Thanks, I'll have to give that try. I've seen another "fix" where you download a file and it then allows you to see (yours and others) all previously blocked images. I haven't tried that out yet.

What's the average cost of let's say a decent size 2 or 3 car garage w/plenty of room for a lift & work space these days? Getting annoyed with looking for the right house w/the right garage so thinking maybe buy a nice one without then build my own garage if it's not cost prohibitive. I wouldn't be doing any of the labor myself.

I’ve looked quite extensively into knocking my 40x22 garage over and extending the slab back to build a 40x60 shop. It looks to me like $50,000 or so should get a pole barn/sheetmetal building up, under roof, insulated and wired. Obviously you can save a lot of money by doing the work yourself but that’s a ton of work. YMMV but that’s just what I’ve found in my research.

Not a good shot, but an example of what an external security camera sees. Of course I’m still in Italy, but the cars and family are there. The single bay has a recessed area and premiered 220 for a 4 post lift. LED overhead lights, natural gas heater, and fully insulated.

I'll play. I've been in the house a little over a year now. Still a work in progress but it's getting there. Compressor is going in soon and I am planning to build some pegboard walls and install some cabinets.

I got a couple quotes on a much smaller garage & it ranged from about $50k to $100k here. **** the Northeast!
