Hey man, nice build so far! I've got a few questions before I start building mine:

1. what kind of radiator fan setup is that? The shroud is very minimal, do you think that you cause any cooling issues in the summer? Im in TX and that's a concern for me.

2. how is the turbo mounted? Do you have a brace for it? Can you get pictures of that?

3. what type of hotside piping is that, mild aluminized steel, or stainless?

4. where did you get the exhaust manifold flanges? Did you cut up and existing h-pipe you had?

5. is that flex section stainless steel? Is it an interlocking liner, or just a standard weaved?

6. Did you remove your front swaybar?! Say it ain't so!! Lol :) I'm keeping mine no matter what. If I have to crush the hotside a little or use oval tubing, i'm going to do it.

This thread is getting me motivated. Keep up the good work and MORE PICS!!! :D :D :D:rockon:
1. The fans are a dual 11" set up, they are rated at like 2750 CFM and move alot of air!!

2. The turbo is mounted from a custom brace I built I'll get pictures of that later.

3. The pipes are mild steel because the whole hot side will be ceramic coated and wrapped in PTP lava wrap.

4. The flanges were purchased through Aaron at JPC

5. The flex pipe is Stainless Steel with a interlocking core.

6. The sway bar had to go there really isn't any way around it unless you run a setup like CPR's hotside.

Bump for updates and pics :)
Not a whole lot going on got gauges in and wired up, waiting on vacuum fittings and small parts, got the downpipe somewhat situated, gotta modify my radiator support some more, hot sides going to the coater hopefully this weekend, then it's just a matter of waiting on parts and time.

Bumper exit FTMFW. If I could somehow bull-horn the twins, I would definitely be doing it haha. Kit looks good man!

20 minutes or so into WI off 94, and I haven't decided yet.

Sounds good. I'm managing a construction project in Hammond.

If you want a good local tuner let me know. There's 2 turbo SGM 2014's here in Cottage Grove (30mns west of you), same guy tuned both of them.

Plan on going to Rock Falls?

A few Turbosmart goodies.

Dropped the hotside off to be Ceramic coated, should be done next week.

Ordered Treadstone intercooler,a DEI titanium turbo blanket, Titanium exhaust wrap for the whole hotside and downpipe, oil feed and return lines, and a bunch of small an parts

I used a vibrant vacuum manifold with o-ringed 1/8 npt push lock fittings for a cleaner install.

Got some more done on the car this weekend, got the hotside back from ceramic coating, wrapped it all and installed it, installed turbo with oil feed and return lines, installed the downpipe, wastegate and turbo blanket.

Just need a Intercooler and the cold side all fabbed up and it's ready to be tuned.

Got the intercooler in place and built a mounting bracket for it as well. Also put the car outside to get the shop cleaned up.

Got the intercooler bracket painted and mounted in, and build part of the cold side, ordered the rest of the pipe and compressor outlet flange, should all be here by the end of this week.

Add some oil and coolant and load my startup tune, then start getting the tune squared away.
