Last year I sold my 1997 F-250 5.8 5spd Ext cab and bought an '08 6.4 Power Stroke Crew Cab F-250 short bed. I miss the long bed but with 3 kids the crew cab is a worth while trade off. The diesel pulls like a freight train.

Checking in! 2002 5.4L coming up on 90k miles and runs like new
For a 5.4 it still hangs with my bosses diesel when it comes to towing and payload.

Sorry, but with 260 H.P. and 350 LB. FT., no way. Try towing a maximum load up the Grapevine in August.

It does pretty good towing a boat up the Baker grade in the summer. I didn't say it was Apples with a Diesel, but it does 'hang' in there, albeit working a thousand times harder to do it and I have a new tranny to prove that. ;-)

2005. I bought it 19 mnths ago off a 2 year lease with only 10k miles on it. 24 k on it now. 08 20" wheels, 08 tails, 08 center console. Still looking for an 08 tailgate fo a decent price.

Very nice!! I want to up grade my 03 to something newer. Those upgrades make it look so much newer. Very cool!!
