So many questions I have about this.

Why was he in the water in the first place if he couldn't swim?
Why were the kids there? I'm also assuming none of them could swim as well.
Had they called the authorities would they have gotten there fast enough to save the guy?

Which one of these dummies posted the video online which is what I'm sure got them caught. The video is kind of disturbing, they're 14-16 year old so I guess the immaturity shown should be expected now a days.

Living in NC, every weekend in the summer the news would air that multiple Hispanics drowned over the weekend. Family would always say they could not swim and had no life jacket.
