I've heard that as well. But we will be going 8 rib with a anti slip coated pulley. So hopefully no slip!

It's gonna slip, you're better off to run a larger blower pulley and run and overdriven crank pulley.

Do you have some experience that you could tell?

The smaller blower pullies just don't do well with the steep step up ratio in prochargers. They seem to work ok with the vortechs but the procharger guys almost always have issues with them slipping. If you already have the parts you can give it a try but don't be surprised if it has belt slip issues.
