Rigid shop vac here too.. with the car detail hose and attachments kit. For me It's really all about the hose. The factory hose is too cumbersome imo, it's not very flexible and I would be worried about it scratching interior pieces.. I love the detail kit / hose.

Think I spent $115 out the door for my whole setup.

I was going to post this. I'm going to be buying a new rigid wet/dry vac with the auto detailing accessories soon. Rigid has some compact ones with some serious punch if you want a small form factor. I will be buying a slightly larger one too.

The shop vac brand isn't bad either.
