Viking DA Base Settings

Are the instructions that come with it for all cars, or IRS specific? Does anyone care to share rough settings for front and rear? I know all this changes with car weight/trans type/spring rate, etc, just looking to see if the provided base is good or if others have settings that seem to work.

I am away from home and I leave my notes inside my car but with their rear DA's and new H&R race springs I had to go with a stiffer than their recommended setting because it was bottoming out. I have yet to really test everything out due to tuning and having issues with my new return setup. I wont be back at it until late October.

I know this is an older post, but for reference I have the Viking B224 on my IRS with H+R Race Springs.
I found the commonly recommended settings are pretty stiff so I ran my settings as follows for my car.
Compression = 1.
Rebound = 5.
