Just looked at it sadly. The IRS is torn apart to be rebuilt with 4.56's I got everything in last week but AM back ordered the 4.56 gears. I love my G37S, but I haven't been able to drive my Cobra for a good 5-6 months now.

Got my cervini wide cowl hood put on, still have to adjust it to sit right and my wheels should be in Friday to test fit some 335/30r18 r888r. Should be painting before too long!!! Then waiting on my motor to be done.

Do you need the cowl hood or just like it? Those headlights are dark! Can you see at night? What engine work are you getting done?

Always wanted the cervini wide cowl, just thought it looked mean as hell. The headlights aren't that bad at night. Will be converting to hid or led when it's back running.
The motor consists of:
Forged bottom end 11:1cp
04 cobra heads with valve job
Custom bullet cams and springs from mmp
C upper intake to b lower adapter
Nasvt ported lower intake
JT trim vortech intercooled with treadstone 1245
8 rib conversion
10% OD crank pulley
American racing 1 7/8"
Id1000, still have to get the rest of my fuel system.

Saw those wheels on Instagram. They are going to look dope on the Cobra. Can't wait to see the test fit.

335/30r18 haven't done anything yet. I know I need to angle the abs and brake cable because they are pretty close to the tire. Without the motor in it and suspension seated(hanging from rack so we had to jump on it a little to lower) hard to tell if it will need much else. I plan on rolling the fenders since I'm painting the car anyways.

Glad to see someone giving that year Cobra some love. Hats off to you

I cleaned my engine bay while the engine and trans were out. Thought about a wire tuck, but I decided against it. It's not a show car.

I've had two 96 GT's. I love this body style, not a fan of the New Edge body lines.

Picking up a set of 3.73's and a plug and Play Raxiom tail light sequencers this week. I was thinking 4.10's, but when I do highway I don't want it to be too annoying. I might end up taking her on cruises to the shore when I get the engine done so the 3.73's would suit me better.

This thread got buried!

So recently I got the engine in and I drove it around my block a couple times. I put about 10 miles on it and so far so good. I'll start a build thread to keep track of everything. But, to stay on topic...

Today, I did the fog light mod so my fog lights stay on whenever my corners are on. They're going to also be on when my high beams are on.
