Threw a couple pounds of chicken breasts on the grill. Tonight will be grilled chicken salads, tomorrow fajitas/tacos, next day...who knows but it will have grilled chicken in it!

Nice. I never heard of it till now. I had to Google it. lol Looks and sounds really good. What do you serve it with pasta? Spaghetti?

I did, the zero carb stuff which we have gotten used to. I thicken the sauce a bit vs what it calls for. I also usually slice the breasts vs pounding them out.

Don't be afraid to use lemon either Tony, makes a big difference. I also threw some capers in tonight too.
