I couldn't find a thread on what power people made with there whipple 2.9 setups
Post pulley combos, boost psi, timing, power, crusher or not, long tubes or not and catted x pipe or not. And fuel used.built engine or not add anything else you would like.

I'll start
16psi stock lower 3.5 upper, Mac long tubes, lethal o/r x pipe, 93 octane, no crusher, stock engine, lethal budget return style setup twin 340lph pumps 18 degrees timing 575 whp

4lb lower 3.5 upper 21psi 20# timing 650whp 566torq torco 108UL I use c12 also since I can buy it local. 80-82% inj duty cycle stock fuel feed line and rails

Apologize if this is a repost I can't find a actual thread with everybody's 2.9 setups with info

Conservative tune: 16.5 degrees of timing, 19.62 lbs of boost, 93 octane in 90 degree heat with only 17 miles on the motor = 610 rwhp

Engine:
Whipple 2.9L Supercharger w/ 3.5 upper pulley (stock lower)
Ford GT supercar camshafts
Comp Cams valve springs
Custom air intake with 100mm mass air meter
Accufab single blade throttle body
ARP head studs w/ Cometic gaskets
Melling Oil Pump w/ billet gears
Even-flow head cooling mod

Fuel:
Return style with 2 DivisionX 340lph Stryker Pumps
60lb fuel injectors
Aeromotive regulator
03/04 Cobra fuel tank

Exhaust:
03/04 Cobra manifolds – extrude honed & jet hot coated
Custom stainless mid-pipe (no cats)
Custom cat-back w/ Bassani mufflers

03 cobra stock motor......2.9....non crusher.....3.0 upper...stock lower...long tubes with o/r x....19ishpsi...budget return.....93octane pump gas.....accufab tb........670/617. I do run torco as cheap insurance.....17-18*timing.

weird how power ranges vary so much.
my 21psi 20 degree timing race setup makes less than most pump gas 19psi 18* timing cars,

my race gas @ 20* timing 21psi makes Less power than some at 19psi 18* timing.

must be dynos reading so different.
I was on two dynoes same setup exacly withing 2 week period cause i thought it dynoed low

Below is dyno comparison i had

PUMP GAS
first dyno read 554whp 507trq on pump SAE soothing 5
2nd dyno read 575whp 525trq on pump Correction Standard

RaceGAS
first dyno on racegas read 639whp trq 566 SAE soothing 5
2nd racegas read 650whp 575trq Correction Standard

I have a 04 bone stock motor with 2.9 non crusher. stock lower pulley and stock 3.5 upper. has ARH long tubes with 3" X pipe upgrade. Not sure exactly what boost its making or what tunner set the timing at but it made 637rwhp 558rwtq. Just a few weeks ago when I had it tuned back on 93. The numbers in my sig are what it made when it was on e85 with a 3.0 upper.

Got retuned much happier

Went to a jlt high boost intake that ditched my 90mm Maf
And tossed on a .25 upper pulley

Pump gas went from 575whp to 660whp
And race gas went from 650whp to 726whp

Just curious, with you guys running 20+psi does the blower whine at all?
