I get what he is saying. He realizes the forum settings are what control the number of posts per page but someone with a larger monitor is more apt to set more posts per page. I have a 24" monitor in my office so it's easier to view a larger number of posts per page whereas it's a pain in my ass getting on here with my netbook because I have to scroll and scroll and scroll to get through a single page.
Why don't you try doing some critical thinking before calling someone a retard so you don't make yourself look like a retard.
