Looks like the truck will get boring... but it's your car. If you've been wanting a truck for awhile and you feel that this isn't some sort of spontaneous decision then do it. Didn't you have this same discussion a few weeks ago for another vehicle?...

Would you sell it?

Everything is for sale

It's not really spontaneous I have been thinking about parting with the car for a long time. And dollar for dollar the truck is probably worth more and its diesel. All my mustang does is sit, I have put 200-300 miles on it this year. I was debating on trading it for a turbo cobra a while back but its not practical just like my current mustang.

I understand what you are saying, and this is a mustang site but I figured more people would look at it from a value stand point. I have two kids and just throughing the idea around. My car is paid for so it costs me nothing.

I vote keep bullitt but only because id work towards keeping the car and buying a truck straight up.

Granted if you were to buy a truck you may not get as good of a deal as you trading another private owner, but it all depends on how much you have put in your car (blood sweat and tears), and if the truck would ultimatly be worth what you have in your car (seniminaly speaking)

Its a 02 with 110,000
This truck has the '05 to '07 front end and '08 to '10 tailgate and rear bumper.

It has complete custom two toned paint job with all door jambs done... This is factory Ford Toreador Red Metallic on the top with Dodge Metallic black on the bottom divided by a Poppy Red 1/4" Painted stripe with Corvette Silver Metallic in the center... All the paint is quality Dupont paint.. no vinyl... Also the taillights are factory Ford that have been smoked and color matched... This truck has rock guard on the bottom of the doors and the bed behind the rear tires for added paint protection.

The Ford grille and tailgate emblems are custom machined and accented in Satin Black... The F350 emblems are '05 and newer style (note this truck is an F250, just preferred the F350 emblems)

The interior of this truck is also all custom... Every piece has been color changed to black, which is not a factory option with this year... the seats are custom done with two tone black smooth and black heavy grain leather inserts... Color matched with Toreador Red Metallic is the center console which is '08 to '10 style, the gauge bezel, rear seat brackets, front seat bases and door panel accents... The headliner is custom covered in Deep Red Microsuede... as an added note, the whole floor board under the carpet has been coated with a sound deadening liner.

This truck has 12" of lift consisting of 6" Pro Comp Leaf Springs, Rough Country 3" Shackle Drop, and Performance Accessories 3" Body Lift... with 38x15.50x20 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's with 20x12 KMC Black Rockstars with Custom Wine Fire Candy Painted Stars...The tires and rims have less than 5K miles on them.

This truck is dent free and scratch free... the only flaws are a few minor rock chips due to the tires.

After three years and endless hours of work this truck has over $20,000 in extras... It is in excellent condition, has been well maintained and stored inside in the winter...THIS TRUCK IS A DEFINITE HEAD TURNER!! ...

I voted for the superduty. Its truely a one of a kind and if your looking to stand out then thats your ride. Plus its the 7.3 diesel which is a workhorse and won't give you any issued like a 6.0 would.

Man, I've had A BUNCH of lifted trucks and they truly get boring much faster than a nice, fast car. You can always go buy a big, lifted beater and have a cool truck to play with, but there is no buying a beater that will give you the same thrill as that car. Trust me, I've gotten bored with hot rods alot of times and sold them for something "different" and I most always had big regrets! IMO...Dont do it...it's a mistake.

Does the truck have the 6.0L? If so, that could be scary! A lot of known issues with those motors....

I'll speak from experience too, it's MUCH MUCH harder to keep a truck like that clean as opposed to the Stang FYI.....I dread detailing mine sometimes because its much more area to cover! Just something to think about!
