What I don't understand is how the men who agreed to buy the 13yo's virginity and pictures of her naked not been charged yet.

Wow, now there's a woman who shouldn't have been a parent to begin with. In most places you have to have a license to have a pet dog, but anyone can be a parent. Go figure! Let's see what she ends up getting as far as prison time. She could get up to 30 years. I just don't get how this woman can be charged (as she should), but the men who responded to her solicitation are not being charged. Utah or not, that is messed up.
