No Dash Lights

Hello,

I have a 03 Cobra with no dash lights. Problems reported by a local mechanic is that the main power is burnt out and main electro illuminance is gone. Is this repairable?

Thanks,

Is this still going?

Can this be caused by the car sitting in the hot sun all day? Car was on display and then as we're leaving at night the illumination didn't work. 28k miles on the clock.

Yes still fixing the clusters and no it has nothing ti do with the car sitting in the sun all it's just a fault and bad parts on the clusters. PM'ed you inf. if you want to have it fixed. Thanks....

And if you're lucky like I was, you'll get yours back still not working, and the guages themselves won't work properly. Then, to make things even better, when you tell the vendor about it he'll completely sidestep his liability and shine you on. This guy refused to even refund my payment much less address the fact that I was forced to purchase a new cluster from Ford.

Well I told you to send it back to me correct? You even posted the video on youtube about the gauges not working. Once again I will break it down to you in elementary terms. The illuminessence has nothing to do with the gauges fluxuating, I only work with the illuminessence and never touch the gauges. Understand? I have fixed around 200 gauge clusters, since 2009 with no problems whatsoever, it was probably your PCM or the PATS sytem acting up. You probably removed the cluster with the battery still connected. When you remove the cluster you have to ground the PCM to avoid any problems. When Ford replaced your cluster they reprogrammed the PCM and PATS system and Vuala. Like I said in our last postings send it back to me I will service it free of charge and stop posting childish remarks on my thread. Also I test all my clusters before they leave my business and verify my job is done correctly and the illuminessence is working 100% no excuses.
