You cant argue official numbers. You can justify yourself an extra 25hp and half a second in the 1/4 any which way you want but none it really matters.
Official numbers? Since when did magazine's numbers become official numbers

How about this, you're not too far from me. A stock 335i is somewhere in the same league as the Mach 1/NE Cobra's. We can do street or legal track, whichever you prefer. Lets see if your Bullit is as fast as you say it is.

No "official" numbers will be needed, both cars running same place, same weather and same time

Oh lord, here we go.......
You can have some of mine :pop:

What's your best time in the 1/8th at irwindale in your bimmer?

EDIT:
Judging by your published 2.1 60ft times, all this race would prove is who the better driver is. If you honestly think you are skilled enough to get your mid 13 second bimmer out of the 9s in the 1/8th, LOL, you've got another guess coming. Even if you COULD drive, what would be the point in putting a car rated at mid 13 up against a car that's rated to run 14 flat in the 1/4? I know the mach is faster than the bullitt. I never said it wasn't.

My published 2.1 60 ft times? I've never taken my 335i to the track :nonono: If you are talking about my Cobra, I cut 1.8 60 fts with DR's :kaboom: My BMW is also auto, traction and launches is not much of a problem even on RFT :lol1:

The 335i also is slightly slower car than the Mach 1, if you claim the GT is 2 tenths slower and you are acting like you're the better driver :lol1: then you should have no problem with it.

1.8 60 foots WITH drag radials? Yikes! I was pulling 1.8's all day long in my old fox on lowered suspension while spinning off the line through the top of 2nd. And yes I have the time slips to prove it. Like I said, if you think you'll break out of the 9's you've got another guess coming.

And what is it that I shouldnt have a problem with, running slower than a car that's faster than me with two drivers of unequal skill? LMAO again, what point would you be proving because I've got nothing to prove?

My bullitt is my daily driver. I could care less if it runs 15 flat, 14 flat, or 13s. I could care less if a 2011 v6 mustang smokes it. I've got 120k on the car with a dying transmission and plan to put another 50k on it before I throw it away and buy something else, if it'll survive that long. It gets me to work. I have zero intention to ever modify the car or prove anything with it. So again, tell me why I need to race your bmw? A battle against two slow cars, talk about a yawn fest.

Never driven an IRS car I take or owned one :lol1::lol: Search a bit more also, car didnt have the swap at the time either.
Point was to prove you that the races wont be as close as you think it is. Making assumptions without knowing anything. Backpeddling at its finest, showing your true colors :lol1:

I didnt back pedal on anything. Im just saying that I have no point to prove and that I especially dont need to prove anything against someone who lacks driving skills, who has never raced an irs car, who is under the impression that he'll actually pull off a successful race in a car that he doesnt know how to race, against someone who does have better driving skills. This is when you should probably attempt to save face and let this thread actually die already. If you must have the last word knock yourself out. I'm out. Find me at irwindale by years end with my 65 mustang. Ill be happy to race you n that.

Hasn't 11 pages of crap shown that 50 Proof doesn't know how to read, uses flawed logic, and can't shut up? Why do you people continue to engage him? He is a troll at its finest.

Didn't read all 11 pages but my fault for feeding the troll. Hopefully his dad doesn't drive that 65 and crashes it because it has "too much power" as well. Guess those amazing driving skills run in the family :lol1:
