Jump out the pump relay and see if it flows. If it doesn't flow listen for the pump motor in the front radiator area, if you hear the pump it might just be air bound.

How can i tell if my intercooler pump is workin. It seems to be pullin timing and down on power.

Start the car. Let it idle a little while. Open the intercooler fluid reservoir cap. Fluid moving? Pump's working.

If you have a high performance heat exchanger, the pump should work while the fans are running.

If you don't have one, you should consider one.

Feel free to call me at (321) 206-9369 x 112 this weekend if you have any questions.

i was in the same situation when i installed my afco. i couldn't get the pump to kick on after bleeding air. turns out i wasn't letting the car get hot enough. it kicks on at exactly 115 degrees based on readings from my aeroforce.
