Super Newb Questions

Hey guys, i just bought an 04 Cobra with a ton of mods, nitrous etc. I am a turbo guy with moderate car knowledge finding out that I know nothing about superchargers. Could someone please politely answer some very newbie questions I have?

1. I have a moroso supercharger coolant tank. Is this filled with regular coolant like the radiator tank, or water? WHat should the optimal temperature be and how often should I change it out?

2. Im just wondering what other maintenance I need to do, oil, coolant, the basics, is there anything weird?

3. It has a brand new spec 3 clutch, how long is the break in period and how should I go about breakin it in good?

4. the clutch is really stiff and engages really high, how can I adjust it so i dont have to keep my clutch foot with my knee in my chest lol.

5. Is my "water" gauge monitoring the sc coolant temp or regular coolant temp?

6. Do these cars have standard air-air intercoolers or water-air intercoolers?

I dont plan on modding it anymore, I just want to make sure I keep it in good health. Mods are:

* 2004 supercharged mustang cobra with only 63397 miles on it
* SVT
* Cobra
* 4.6L V8
* 6-speed
* Stage III Ported Blower
* Billetflow Blue 2.93 pulley w/ 4 idler setup
* 4lb lower w/ 3.2 alt pulley
* 60lb injectors
* KB BAP(boost a pump)
* MAFia
* K&N FIPK(fuel injection performance kit)
* Accufab T/B & Plenum
* Magnaflow Catted Xpipe and Catback also have a VRS offroad Xpipe
* 2 custom dyno tunes at a simple push of a botton
* Steeda full length subframes
* Billetflow IRS Brace and Brackets
* MGW Short throw shifter
* 295/35/18 front tires
* 305/35/18 rear drag radial tires
* FR500 18" wheels
* LFP Heat Exchanger and I/C res.
* Speed of sound apiller pod w/ AEM wideband A/F and Vac/Boost guage(Lunar)
* Intrument Cluster w/2 pods-Oil pressure(Lunar) and water temp(Lunar) guages
* Fiore firewall adjuster and quadrant
* LDC Freeplay kit

Its typically just a standard 50/50 mix. Not sure what the previous owner might have put in there tho.

2. Im just wondering what other maintenance I need to do, oil, coolant, the basics, is there anything weird?
Change supercharger oil around 50k the process is in the FAQ posted above

500 miles? Cant remember its been a while

On the firewall drivers side you will see that FIORE adjust thats in your mod list. That is how you can adjust clutch let out.

5. Is my "water" gauge monitoring the sc coolant temp or regular coolant temp?
Water is coolant temp not supercharger temp. Those gauges arent too accurate tho.
6. Do these cars have standard air-air intercoolers or water-air intercoolers?
Air to water aftercooler. Water cirulates through the aftercooler to cool air charge then gets pumped through the Heat exchanger in your front bumper to cool down then circulates back to the aftercooler.

surprised no info provided from seller, mods look similiar to many members sigs...I would be surprised if the owner wasnt a member of SVTP or ModularFord .

I've never heard of the VRS X pipe, anyone using one, thoughts?

Also, how are the stock headers, do you suggest going longtube or any other aftermarket headers to make more power or will these suffice?
