Like the subtle red side stripes.

Here's mine. iPhone pic. Still trying to get used to the hop across bumps from the suspension but overall loving this car.

Got a couple new shots doing down the Dragon at Deals Gap on the NC/TN border.

It handled the road pretty damn well, better than I was expecting. It's still a big heavy car, but I was able to wrench it through the corners with a lot of confidence. The first thing the wife said when we got out at the over look was 'I can smell your tires'.

Nice! I had mine on that road last June! Was a blast! I liked (and the car liked) the cherohala skyway better.

My personal favorite is Hellbender 28, but Cherohala is a great road too. I've done them all on the bike a few times, but only got to hit 129 and 28 in the Shelby since we were just passing through.

My friend crashed his M6 up on the 1st pass through...so the day was shot. Otherwise I would have done the hell bender as well!

Ouch. Crashes up there are scarier than normal due to how remote it is and lack of cell service. Next time you make it there don't forget 28, such a great ride.

My 08 at Bruntingthorpe airfield in the UK, it hit 179 mph on the main runway.

My 2010 is the best car I've ever driven, and I had a 2011 5.0L GT. I think the 2010 GT500 is a much better fit for me. Now I chose the 2010 partially because it was supposedly the best of the ones with an iron block, which I wanted. It is a daily driver, no problems at all and I'm not expecting many either. My 2011 5.0L GT, purchased new, was burning a quart of oil between changes. That was not something I was comfortable with. It wasn't leaking, so what was happening? Shelby engine has not lost a drop of oil in the 15,500 miles I've driven it. And I doubt it will. It isn't a lot faster than the GT, but it is faster and I just like it more. Yes it is a bit front end heavy, but I'm not going to a track. I wish it got a little better gas mileage, but buying gas for it is a lot cheaper than having a wife. Kudos to you, Ford. You got this one right.

Totally in love my my 2011 GT500 after my 1st hard core corner carving adventure tonight. It just grabs and begs for more in the twisties! I am impressed with the SVTPP setup. I have a 545i BMW daily which is a sport and handles killer but my GT500 is even better. No roll that I can notice zero push it just felt neutral to me. I think a better set of brake pads me be in order though. I think its a great all around performance vehicle. Quick straight line and then doesn't let you down in the corners. I will add a pic in the am.

2014 Ford Shelby GT 500 arrived at delership

Well... it made it to PA, :burnout:and I will have to wait two weeks to take deliver, credit union messed up the VIN, awaiting update, and some business travel in the mix as well. I could not wait to take a look, so last night, checked it out, started it up.. not prepped yet, just off trailer. I have a couple iPhone pics, just need to figure out how to post. Heat this week should be testing some cooling systems... any issues?

As much as I love the power of my '13, I think the '07's thru '09 are the best looking model years. Especially with the KR or Super Snake hood.
