--> Ford Racing 90mm Mass Air Meter / Sensor
--> BBK Twin 65mm Throttle Body
--> JLT Performance Next Generation Ram Air Intake

I'm still wanting a functional shaker, but wondering if there's a better option/bargain or if I should even bother with a CAI.

Will these 3 things complement each other after a tune?

The first two are a complete waste of money. The throttle body will be nothing more than a pain in the ass and the maf will require a new tune immediately for the car to run correctly.

The jlt will pick up some power, but not anymore than a k&n filter alone would.

intake spacer and/or port & polish plus custom tune if you are running a canned tune

What are you trying to do with the car? How is it used? Your setup depends entirely on this.

No.

The best bang for the buck mods are:
-march damper and pulleys (water pump and hydraboost)
-cobra intake cams
-intake spacer
-tune

Long tubes are expensive and add little to a stock cammed engine. Gears add no power but will increase performance.

Its my daily driver, but it sees track time twice a month if im lucky. On a street night wiyh no track prepping on balding drag radials I ran a 13.6 at 105.... I dont think thats too bad
Ps. That was without the 4.10s havent ran the 4.10s yet

I have a couple guys running very low 12s with cams, long tubes and stock rear gears. With that, there are many ways to make the car quick and also many parts you can buy that will add no performance. Most of what's advertised in the magazines, i.e., TBs, MAFs, CAIs, RAIs, etc., cost a lot but offer no power gain.

If getting better times at the strip is your goal, tires and more experience at launching the car are going to be what you should focus on.

Is the rear end stock besides the gears? Look into a pair of light weight 15" wheels and slicks. That will protect the stock axles as best you can and also allow the car to 60' well. (which is the biggest part of drag racing, the entire run is determined in the first 60 feet).

I say none of those choices. You currently have pretty much the exact mods I had with my old 04 mach. Car was a blast with those mods to me. I say just do some exterior stuff like lowering it, wheels, etc. Especially with it still being a daily driver. That or else buy a supercharger. I ran into that dilemma when I had mine because Longtubes, cams, etc. were very expensive for the small gains IMO anyways. You'd be better off saving for awhile longer and getting a blower.

EDIT: just saw you like going to the track. I change my opinion to suspension and a set of drag radials on a spare set of rims. Those 2 will give you more gain at the track than Longtubes, intake, etc.

I argue that your wrong on the 90mm maf. My car picked up at the track almost a tenth and a mph with one added off of Ebay for $ 45 bills

I'm not going to argue with you because I know you spend a lot of time tracking your mach, but was this test performed back to back, same day? You would still need to make a maf transfer function adjustment.

Am I taking this out of context then when I ask is it then suitable to tell the person who does my tunes that I have a cai?
Edit.... because I do have a k&n drop in, and the air silencer removed.

You can tell them you have a k&n filter, but it doesn't change anything really. A maf change or relocation of the maf is what makes the difference in tuning for an aftermarket intake setup.

Are you doing mail order tuning?
