Roush Damaged impellers question

What do you guys think I should do about this? My engine blew up and sent shrapnel into my charger which was chewed up by the impellers causing FOD damage. I'm going to take my Roush supercharger apart and clean out the debris. But there looks to be some descent scrapes, Knicks and some gouges in the impellers. What do you guys think I should do? A. Clean it and test it out on the car. B: Send it in to get repaired(not sure where), or C: get a new supercharger head unit. Not sure how big a deal this is to the performance/integrity of the charger now. Let me know if you guys have some prior experience with damaged rotors and what you did about it. Thanks!

I would check with Roush or Eaton. Eaton might sell the rotors and bearings and you could install them your self.

Sorry, man. To my uneducated eye I'd say those impellers and walls are no bueno. If you think about how the compressed air passes through the system those imperfections will allow boost to escape at the damaged points. But I could be wrong. I'm not a professional.

Out of curiosity, how was your bap setup?

Slightly OT but how/why did your engine go?

It threw a Rod when I down shifted to 4th at 100mph and floored it on the autobahn, cracked the block all the way through, ruined the heads and possibly the intake and supercharger. At least the mt82 is still good lol. The car was putting down 609 RWHP and 550TQ with 14 degrees of timing on 93 Octane.
Just pulled the engine today, drained what appeared to be about a gallon of water from the oil pan, then oil finally started coming out. Pic of cracked block, fwd passenger side.

It's a Vortech constant pressure BAP. Still working strong with 15k miles on it. (Got sprayed in the face with fuel on accident when I reconnected the battery with the fuel line disconnected. Disconnected the fuel pump shortly after ;)

This is the only photo of my dyno tune. I guess I just wanted to get a pic of the numbers and not the full graph. I believe I have the original graph in my car, just won't have access till tomorrow for it.

I'm sorry to hear about that. I too am interested in what Roush has to say. From what I've heard, they have great customer service, and are very helpful.

Talked to Roush, they told me they don't sell parts individually, but they recommended PSE Superchargers for rebuilding mine. Looked at their website, it said $800 for rebuild on the 2005-10 yr version.. Not too bad. I called a few times and they haven't answered yet.

As far as the tach, i believe I was around the 4500 rpm which is Max tq.
Found parts of the piston rings inside the charger when cleaning it today. My engine didn't just quit, it blew up!
