Hey all I havnt been on here in a while. I had to bring the cobra to get the emissions checked and got a not ready code for the catylist and egr . When I bought the car from a local member he had the car tuned by chris @ efi motorsports and it passed with a pro chamber w/o cats. I had some arh long tubes with catless x put on and had pete at performance dyno in NH tune it because there was nobody local I could find after what happened with chris @ efi. Now im kinda stuck with having the car fail and left a message over the weekend at performance dyno but he never returned the call and I really don't want to travel that far if possible anyway. So anybody know of a good tuner that can help me out?. Im in Norwalk CT. Thanks sean

If you end up getting a hold of Pete I'm assuming that he can just make an update in the tune and email it to you to load. I don't see why you would need to bring the car to him for this type of change.

Just did get a hold of him. He said I do need to get the car to him but it would only take like 5 minutes. I think he said because its a custom tune. Ill just trailer it up since the roads are still so salty and wet from melting around here.

If you don't have a handheld tuner then you would have to bring the car to him. But if you a handheld and he tuned your car before he should to be able to just email you an updated tune. Then you download the emailed file to your handheld and upload it you your car. Simple as that, hope that helps.

I do have the sct x 3 tuner that he tuned it with. When I talked to him today I asked if he can just e mail it and he said that he needed the car. Yeah 7 hours + round trip and a few hundred in fuel to trailer it does blow.

I had the same exact problem with my terminator, and Pete is also my tuner. I had to drive my car to Pete and have him mess with the computer to get my car to pass. I needed a retune anyways for my longtubes so I had to go to him. I drove home, went to Emissions the next day and passed fine.

I have Mac longtubes, orx, and slp catback.
