UPDATED:: The video was taken down & now back up. Rumor is the dealership isn't fixing the situation so the video has re-surfaced..

Published on Jun 5, 2014
This is how a Sawgrass FORD mechanic decided to fix my car instead of following FORD hotline protocol. He tried to blow it up on purpose. 45mph in first gear for an extended period of time. They joke and laugh.
The mechanic and shop forum then lied to me stating that they replace the components and installed new parts. They never set one wrench on my car, the only tool they used was their ears and foot.
I am disappointed and will never shop with this dealer again.
I was a loyal customer and purchased over a dozen cars from them, and they were the only ones that I would have trusted with my car.
Who do I trust now?
Your going to have to deal with the mirror rattle, FORD won't replace that either.
...to be continued

Wow!!! Incredible. What does the dealership general manager have to say about this video? It is very very incriminating. Were you charged labor?

I'm hoping the next video he posts will be him driving off the lot in a new car. No way I would accept any less after watching that. And people wonder why I do all my own car work. Dishonest ****s like this taking advantage of people. Really damn sad. :nonono:

Both those techs should lose their jobs and not be allowed to work on another Ford or any car period. That's unprofessional. One of the many reasons why so many of us Ford guys wrench on our cars and don't give a $%$ about warranty or service departments because we are afraid our cars will be abused. Feel so sorry for that man....he's going to end up winning.

I just think its funny these guys clearly realized that there was a camera with the time stamp (most likely recording) in the car and they still chose to beat the shit out of it and incriminate themselves.

Soooo they see the cameras, talk about the cameras, say they aren't a bad idea and then proceed on doing that?

I guess people REALLY are that dumb...

hate to say but this is normal at most dealers. should it be no but it is. and no wonder dealers don't touch my cars lol

Yeah if I have to go to any dealer like I did this week. I only go to the smallest Ford dealerships I know since they actually care about the customer and I usually can see them working on my Raptor or Mustang.
