How is Malibu Point? What's the parking situation like there too?

It's really nice. Huge living room, 3 bedrooms, balcony facing the water. Parking is open air stacked garage but plenty of space, drains in the floor and the ramps are not too steep so lowered cars won't rip out their mid pipe.

Nice. Already looking for a place to stay in 2015. We stayed at Holiday Sands the last 2 years, and my exhaust always drags pulling out onto the main roadway.

Yup that entrance is steep! This one is much lower but an angle approach is still strongly advised.
