I responded to your PM back on September 8th agreeing to your solution for the warranty replacement ballast. 9 days later and still no text message from you or even so much as a PM reply to me with your paypal address and the amount of the deposit. This thing has been dragged out for long enough, can you respond to me so we can actually get this situation taken care of?
A warranty is only a great thing if its actually real.

dang man shoulda just txt me again. But with all these means of communication: txt,calls,PM's,DM's,emails,Facebook messages, etc. Sometimes someone gets missed. I think we've got this taken care of however.
