Hi Everyone

Group of us are going to have a crawfish boil this spring and curious if anyone has used one of the distributors.

Were they any good if you have had fresh compared to the mail-o-boil?

Let me know thx

Always pick fresh over pre-boiled providing you know how to boil them.
Having a recipe and times is not good enough. lol
It takes practice.
Everyone's recipe is usually different. I'll try to type mine later when I have time.

If I have to have boiled already they would probably come from here and they do ship.

I will keep Tonys in mind.

Sounds like it is a bit of an art. Was hoping to go the fresh route, but if it is going to be a disaster then may have to settle for the pre-boil

When we do crawfish down south you don't worry about other food. AT ALL

Other than the onions, mushrooms, corn on the cob, smoked sausage, hot dogs, etc... that you can put in the boil.

Man, I need to come hang with some of you southern folk, crawfish isn't common here.

I made Pork Chops and fresh tomatoes. Not southern, and my wife is from Fl. She does make some awesome fried chicken and black beans though. It was my turn to cook.

Uh oh, I may have to perform sac-relig then, we are going to have somewhere in the area of 20 people, so can't afford to feed them that much crawfish..lol
