SVTPerformance - Mustang Week 2016 Schedule
Monday, July 18th: The 4th Annual SVTPerformance Welcome to Mustang Week Happy Hour
For the forth year, SVTP will be hosting a Welcome to Mustang Week at Myrtle Beach Happy Hour. Over the past few years we've met at a couple different areas around the Myrtle Beach area, but this year we decided to change things up a bit. For 2016 we're planning a cruise on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. We have chartered a boat from Little River Fishing Fleet and will be sailing out of their home port in Little River, SC.
We'll be voyaging on The Pride of The Carolinas, a 90-foot aluminum hulled mono-hull beast. It's tough to beat a cold drink on the water and the best part of this trip is that it is BYOB. Hard to get upset with the bar service when you're your own bartender. Just pack your favorite beverages and reserve your spot. Speaking of which, reservations can be made by calling 843-450-6813 and mentioning that you want to be part of the SVTPerformance Mustang Week Happy Hour Cruise.
The Pride of The Carolinas features A/C, plenty of shade, and a small snack and beverage bar. The boat will leave the docks at ~7:45pm and the trip will last about 90 minutes. We should be treated to an awesome sunset as well. Before or after the trip we encourage you to check out one or more of the great restaurants on the Little River Waterfront (especially the seafood potpie at McMahone's).

Wednesday, July 20th: The 9th Annual SVTPerformance Burnout Contest
It simply wouldn't be Mustang Week without the Annual SVTPerformance Burnout Contest. This is our eighth year hosting this event that definitely gets bigger and more exciting every year. If you're unfamiliar with how awesome The SVTP Burnout Contest is, check out our coverage of the 2015 edition of the event: Mustang Week 2015 : SVTPerformance.com/Race Star Industries Burnout Competition. Needless to say, this is probably the wildest spectacle you'll see during all of Mustang Week. There's no other event at Mustang Week that rewards winner with a free set of tires for letting it all hang out and showing off for the crowd. The crowd determines the winner, so the more you can do to rile them up the better. Creativity is highly recommended. All participants receive gift bags and the contest is open to all Ford vehicles.

Thursday, July 21st: The 1st Annual SVTOA Breakfast at the Beach
SVTP is bringing back one of our old Mustang Week traditions, but with a twist. We will once again be hosting a breakfast rendezvous. However, this one is only for SVTOA Members. A few weeks back SVTP completed our merger with the SVT Owners Association, and this will be our first official gathering of SVTOA Members since the change in leadership.
The First Annual SVTOA Mustang Week Breakfast at the Beach will be held at the House of Blues on Thursday July 21st at 9:30am. There Members will have a private dining area to enjoy their famous breakfast buffet. I can vouch for the biscuits and gravy as well as the omelette station; both are excellent. We will also have HoB’s famous Build Your Own Bloody Mary Station. The best part is that the SVTOA will be picking up the tab for Club Members. We just ask that you bring your SVTOA Membership Card with you.
Since Mustang Week is a family event members are allowed to bring guests along. Guest breakfast will only be $12.00. After breakfast we can retire to the deck for drinks and an informal club meeting with a few Special VIP Guests. Attending members will also receive a special Mustang Week goodie bag.

Friday, July 22nd: SVTPerformance Presents: The 3rd Annual Pizza at The Cruise-In
For our third annual Pizza at The Cruise-In at Mustang Week we've decided to try something a little different. Instead of slinging the Mellow Mushroom Pizza on Tuesday after the Palace Theater Cruise-In we've decided to share some pie during the Mustang Week Car Show on Friday July 22nd.
We will have the Mellow Mushroom Mobile Pizza Station on hand at the SVTP Display creating hot fresh pies right there on site. To get a slice all we ask is that you make a donation to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital. We'll also be giving away several prizes, so be sure to stop by and check it out.

This is our sixth year hosting our annual SVTPerformance Ready To Rock Night. Due to the resounding success of the 2015 party we will not only be returning to The Deck at The House of Blues for Mustang Week 2016, we are completely taking it over. That's right, we are closing the place down to the public and opening it up exclusively for SVTP members. Just see the SVTP staff at any of our displays or events during Mustang Week to get your entry wristband.
Not only that, with a little help we are taking this party to an entirely new level. We've partnered with SCT, RTR, and Monster Energy to bring you a completely one-of-a-kind experience. Not only will you have the opportunity to meet and have a drink with some true Mustang performance heroes, you'll be surrounded by the beats of the Monster DJ. To help the party keep going late into the night Monster Energy will be on deck handing out free energy drinks. We'll have areas setup for Flip Cup, Corn Hole, Pool, and Beer Pong. (Free advice, Dean Martin is a corn hole savant, so challenge him at your own risk.)
As always, the event is Friday night after the Mustang Week Car Show. The Deck is an awesome spot to hangout, have a drink, and enjoy some great food. Speaking of food, SVTP has arranged for the onsite Smoke House to offer HoB's signature Cuban Waffle Panini Sliders. Trust me, they are killer. There's no cover charge at the door with an entry wristband, plenty of free parking (extra lot behind Alligator Adventures), awesome food, and a great atmosphere. We are hoping to see a lot of SVTP members and Mustang fans make it out and enjoy all that The House of Blues has to offer.
