I searched and searched for months and finally decided on a bike. Luckily, I knew the owner and we came to a fair deal and both parties were happy.

2013 Ducati 796 ABS

Full Termignoni Exhaust w/ ECU upgrade It sounds unbelievable.
Puig smoked windscreen
Brembo's with SS braided lines
Other misc things..

It's the most comfortable bike I've ridden to date. Seating position is very comfy. I'm happy. :coolman:

Those are beautiful bikes.

You and I have slightly different definitions of the word "scooter."

:lol::lol:

Thanks man.

It's very unique in it's own right. I was looking at Ducs and Triumphs, just wanted something different.

Thanks a lot folks. I LOVE this thing. After looking at these pictures I think I want to remove the heat shields on the exhaust or find some that are Carbon Fiber.

I will periodically update this thread with pictures. Thanks again for the kind words.

Fellow Duc owner here. I love my 848 Evo but this last year I didn't get much opportunity to ride at all. I dont think I will get rid of mine but I might eventually pick up something thay's more of a cruiser, like the new Diavel! Love your Monster though, good choice!

Awesome bike and you take great pics as well

Thanks a lot. I'm trying to figure out the sun effects for portraits so I'm using the bike as a test mule but it kept hiding behind the clouds. LOL

I wanted an 848 really bad but I can't get over the seat position etc. I can ride my Monster for hours and not get arm pump or numbing in my hands. don't get rid of yours, just keep adding! It's what I do. haha.. If you haven't ridden one, I think you would really like it and they sound unbelievable with the Termignoni cans.. I'll try to get a sound clip tomorrow!

I do love the Diavel! I want to ride one. I've been trying to get my dad to grab one but he loves the MV Agusta Brutale.

Here is another couple of photos.

Every Duc I see I love the look. I wish I could own them all, all I got is a 996, 1198s, and a 1199SC

I think I had one of the first 848 Evos that hit the US. They said it was one of the first and that there were dealers all over the country calling them and trying to buy it. Not that that means anything as far as value but it's paid off now so I dont think I will sell it. I do really want the MV Augusta Brutale Dragster though! I rode my friends Monster a long time ago and I enjoyed it but I didnt have a lot of riding experience at the time. If I get another one though, it will be either the Diavel or the MV.
