Cool. Though I still not a huge proponent of NA setups on these cars I still want to see what they're capable of. I don't think anyone has hit 10s yet.

Plenty have gone 10's n/a with no nos and my tuner has tuned alot of them. every time i go to the track i see them, they're just not as popular as boosted cars. Dont think i will hit the tens since i opted out of the ported heads and big valves, but low 11's will be attainable. Jpc just built a 12:1 n/a set up that laid down 593 rwhp on ftw fuel. 585 on e85 and 564 on pump... A buddy of mine was down there when they started it up. He said it sounded like no other car he has ever heard, totally badass. Real N/a hp is a whole different animal, power everywhere, and heat has a minimal affect on it!

Did you ever get your car back???

Yes i did but the car was never touched even up until today. Today I picked up all the parts i ordered minus the headers, exhaust and driveshaft that they never did get in, and a check for what would have been install charges. I had to stop the timeclock on the build as everything was just taking to long. No hard feelings they are a bit understaffed now and have a ton of work. I'm just gonna wait till the summer work load dies down find an installer/ tuner closer to me that has the gt-350 manifold and tb tune locked down. Then start all over again. Really happy to get the car back, i missed it, I was stuck with an 05 camry to use in the meantime from the dealership i work for...lol. Sorry for this bomb drop guys but it is what it is.

Really sorry to hear they never touched your car. Under staffed or not they told you your car would be ready and it wasn't. They have time to go to the track and tune 8 second cars and do turbo Installs but can't work on cars they agreed to, sad shops that do great work can't fulfill what they said they would.

I know you said no hard feelings but hopefully you stay far away from this shop. Have you tried calling JPC and see if they can fit you in? Best of luck in getting your car done, hopefully the next shop will do you right.

Have you considered giving Jason from competition speed and sound a call. He's down here in southern md and does installs part time. He does awesome work as he did all the work on my previous 04. His username is trbovnm on here or you can google competition speed and sound for his direct number. Not sure if he will do cams or not on these motors but I know he can do everything else at a fraction of what big shops charge.

WOW that really sucks man. Hope for the best of luck to you man. Like said above they have time to hit the track and do all these other types of things to their turbo'ed shop cars, why can they at least complete a customers car they gave a commitment to. Really sucks man.

Jpc is booked as well. i have buddy waiting for a tremec install. checked out a shop in smyrna De. Today "performance evolution" but they have yet to tune a 15 and up car so thats out.. Im still gonna get the rest of the parts, in fact i ordered my arh headers with cats and x pipe, and ordered my dynotech ds as well. No rush shops should be slowing down soon and maybe there will be a slot open....

That's Matt, he's a good tuner, he tunes on the conservative side however

I see a tree!
Eric brooks is another choice for a tune. Only three tuners id use, lund, ken bjonnes or eric brooks. .02

Dunno who is doing jpc tunes but whoever it is seem worth while too.
