We have done this the last few years out at the Hayden's compound. My bike had some carb issues right before we did superpole so I had to use one of Nicky's XR 100's. Generally we all run 125 4 strokes. The majority of us have Yamaha TTR 125's.

This is 1 of 4 races. 2 short track and 2 Turn track races. I will load the other videos later, as there was a lot closer racing and more wrecks rin the TT lol

We had 14 riders, so it was a great turn out! Top 5 from superpole starts from the back, so it made it a bit tricky!

I was in a sandwich here! The guy in the front popped a wheelie and ate it!

That looks like a blast!

It is bud!

That looks like a ton of fun. So you're friends with Nicky?

It is man, we have a ball.

Yea, I've been friends with the family since I was a young gun. I'm just as big of a fan of them as anyone though, they are truly a great family and ambassador for the sport.

I will post up a couple of the TT races tonight, there is a bit more bar banging in them and close racing. I kind of left them this race. :-D

That looks like a lot of fun.
But I would really look funny out there. I have an old XR-75 and I am way bigger than any racer should be.
Have you ever seen those pictures of a bear riding a mini bike in the circus?
Plus the bike needs "a bit of work" to make it rideable since it's seized from improper storage.

That's awesome. I haven't kept up with the sport...but has Nicky talked about why he left MotoGP?

LOL I have.

It's all about having a good time man. You should be able to find parts cheap for that thing, or shoehorn a XR 100 engine in it. :)

He wants to be the only rider to win WSBK Championship and be a MotoGP Champ. He left because there were no factory rides available and if you want to win in MotoGP you have to have the equipment. I wish he would have went to WSBK a year earlier but he had a great first year. Got a Win and some podiums. I look forward to next year on the new Fireblade 1000RR. :dancenana:

When I saw XR100 I was like WTF but now I see why. That does look like a blast. You really had it nailed on the last race. Nice work

Awesome... I am a little younger than Nicky but I was racing 80's when he was on 250's... Back in 2002 my buddies parents bought Nicky's motorhome from Earl... We got an in with the Haydens at that time and they got us hooked up with White Brothers. They helped me out so much on 02 crf450 that they set up to Nickys specs. Great people!

Dont underestimate the fun of small cc bikes, and the potential to get tossed by one!

ive seen more injuries on 100cc and under bikes then anything else
