looking at upgrading the in tank pumps, tried to install the 13-14 pump assembly but the tanks from 12 down are steel and 13-14 is composite
looked DW300M but they only list 07-10 Shelby's,
what are you guys using for the 2011-12 models, don't want to go return style would like to keep the current set up but with better pumps.any help would be appreciated.

^^^^ nope already have KB BAP its running out of pump, 11-12 pumps aren't up for the task, unlike the 13-14 pumps which support over 900 rwhp on e-85

I was told by Van at revan and Bj at vmp that the only safe way to go e85 with a pre13 was full return style fuel system so I wouldn't trust doing it any other way. That would be a expensive lesson to learn

I was always under the impression that e85 REQUIRED a return system.

Is the idea being presented here that our RETURNLESS systems, with id1000s and upgraded fuel pumps like the DW300m, are capable of supporting e85?

With a big enough pump and a voltage booster you can run e85 on a returnless setup. Problem is by the time you buy the things you need you are getting close to return fuel system costs for everyone that doesn't have a 13-14. Not to mention return is the better, safer setup.

To answer the op's question though it's probably the division x stryker pumps or the whipple/ paul hp fuel hat upgrade. I'm not sure what the year difference is.

looking for a bigger pump to fit in factory hat
11-12 is an odd yr as the pumps are diff than 7-10 as the end cap on the fuel pump is diff...wont sit in the hat flush...not looking to modify the hat just a plug n play solution.
most if not all websites list it 7-12 as the same but this is wrong

What you are asking for currently doesn't exist. You have to buy a pump and make it fit yourself or buy the hat upgrade which is just someone else doing that work for you. thing is if you can pull the pump assembly out yourself you likely can do the minimal wiring and fitment to make it work. The Stryker pump or a new fuel hat is likely the best options.

OK update...finally this is possible spoke with Deatshwerks today and yes they know that late 2011-12 Shelby's have different pumps design, the good news is they are currently working on a drop in kit which will be available soon, they have had several customers send there fuel hats from 2011-12 Shelby owners to them, They have done the install with the modification it required!!
they stated that the DW300M will support over 900 rwhp on E 85 with no issues!
looks like my fuel hat is off to them for the upgrade!!

Also like to add that Sulvain at BPS just install DW300M into a 2012 Shelby.

I have been down this road and currently run the DW300M pumps in my 07. These pumps only gave me about a 10% increase in volume over my stock pumps with dual VMP BAP's and I am pushing them near the limit with my current set up. My cousin ran a near identical setup to mine on his 2011 and had a good safety margin yet with stock pumps and the single VMP BAP. Both cars make near identical power and were turning to 6,400 rpm with about 16-17 psi.

So, to confirm for a 2011: E85 in the stock fuel system with a BAP, injectors (like ID1000s?) and E85 specific fuel filter and tune. Nothing else? for 2011 its just the single BAP from VMP? What RWP and torque were you seeing?

Who are you guys tuned by?

Can the stock fuel system handle the corrosive nature of E85? Will there be abnormal failures I would need to get prepared for?

If you a going to attempt it without a pump upgrade you would be better off buying a kenne bell competition boost a pump for the extra room it has over the vmp and base model KB boost a pump
