I have not been here for a while. As a matter of fact, I haven't drive my car for a long, long time.... Recently, I added an Edelbroke Intake, Fay 2 watts link and dump exhaust. The car feels strong but I have not race anyone since.
I rolled up to the stop lights, A Mazda 6 rolled up next to me. He rolled down his dark tinted window and gave me a fast and furious look like I'll smoke you.
Well it was a quick instant kill. It felt like he was running on all 4 flat tires and his car didn't move. He tried a fly by but he was shot down very quickly (no fly zone).
2nd Race was against the New Camaro SS. I was behind him at the lights. We knew what we were going to do. The lights turn green, he hit it and so was I.
I switched lane to the left beause I was running out of room. 2nd gear gone by I passed him. By the end of third, it was all over (may be 3-4 cars +++ and I was still pulling away). I shut down because the lights turn red in front of us.
He came up next to me. We chat for a bit. I gave him a thumb ups and so was he. He said " I knew you were buit man, I knew it. So what you got in there." I told him "Paxton." I couldn't give him anymore details because the lights turn green and we have to go (much respect for that guy no trash talking or hard look)
We went on our separate ways. As I was making a U-turn, I heard somebody gave me a honk. I looked up, it was a guy in the Maserati (spelling). He gave me a thumb ups and left so I waived back.
A 17 years old car can held its own against the big boys, I'm pretty happy. I'm getting it repaint next month so it can looks a bit more decent (paint all faded, looks fugly right now).
I have 5.1 stroker, Paxton 16 psi, and a whole lot more mods. Currently the rear wheel hp is at 590 rwhp and 555 lbs torque
