That skips the best part of the episode when she's outside the theater after seeing it the first time and she runs into some friends. They ask her how she couldn't like it and she says "How about, it sucked?" Cracks me up every time.
The theater aspect is, frankly, irrelevant because the worst movie I ever saw was The Wizard of Oz and coming a close second is Tommy (the movie). The only redeeming quality was Ann Margaret being a snapper.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, I was on a date and passed out but got woken up to a fantastic bj. Ha true story
Jay - if that's the case then you should always have a soft spot (pun intended) for that movie.

No chemistry between Cruise and Kidman who were married at the time, but it was such a bad script that I don't think even if they were still in love and wanted to be with each other, they didn't want to be in those scenes they were so bad. All the critics were raving about it because it was the last thing Stanley Kubrick did - guess it's a good thing he died then before he put something else out. We kept saying, "this has to get better". When it was over I stood up and said to my wife "that was horrible, pointless, no plot and I kept waiting for it to improve - but nothing could save that piece of crap". The guy behind us started laughing and said "my wife just said the same thing to me - and you are correct". A lot of people got up and walked out before it was over.

My father and I went to see it after being fans of the original. To this day, it's still the only movie I've seen that had the audience booing when it finished.

How old is he? THat movie came out in 1939 and was the "FIRST" color movie
"Feardotcom." I would've welcomed James Holmes to come in and put me out of my misery at the time.
I gather from his post he belives the theatre aspect/criteria of the thread is irrelevant. I don't believe he saw Wizard of Oz on the silver screen.
