I have a 2015 GT with the Vortech full kit. I live at about 6000ft altitude and I am currently getting 7.1psi at 7000rpm according to my factory boost gauge. I would like to see between 9 and 10psi. Do I need the 3.48" or 3.33" pulley? Thanks for anyone that can help! Pics for attention:

Do you still have the cats on it? I'm seeing 11psi with the stock 3.6 and headers

I have Pypes Long tube catted headers, full 3" exhaust a high flow intake and a 90mm TB. I'm not sure how mods affect my psi because I had them on before I added boost. I think it's the altitude killing me (6000ft). But I am right at Vortech's claim of 7.5-8.5psi. I am also keeping my redline at 7,000, I know people see more at higher rpm. My real question is which pulley will net me about 2psi. It seems no one really knows for sure so I guess I'll try the 3.48 and see what I get.

I would say that's your only choice. I used to run a 3.8 and was making between 8 to 9, then put the stock 3.6 on and picked up 2 psi

Are you running vortech or Paxton? Sounds like you have a paxton. 3.8 is stock paxton and 3.6 is stock vortech both are 7.5-8.5psi at factory redline.

I have a vortech, I changed the pulley because I was running out of fuel, shitty ass 47s and a bap. Once I got my id1000s on I put the 3.6 back on

Update: I moved to the 3.48 pulley and am at 8.6 psi at 7,000rpm. A gain of 1.5psi from the 3.6 pulley. So I think the 3.4 pulley is probably where I want to end up...

I don’t think the factory boost gauge is accurate my friend. 2-3 psi off is pretty much the normal. You’d be best getting an aftermarket gauge before you put any more boost to it

I ran the 3.6 pulley on the dyno and my gauge was low by about 0.1psi, so pretty close. after I get my tune dialed in I will run it again and see how off it is.
