What Clutch to get?

Hey Guys
What are most of you that are in the 700whp - 800whp using for a clutch? I's like to keep the engagement decent since my wife will drive the car sometimes.

Yeah, ^^^^^^^^^^ I've got this one too. Pedal pressure is not bad at all. It does take a little finesse to get chatter-free takeoffs, but you get used to it quickly.

As others have said, at those power ranges the RXT would probably be the best best. Ive been running one on my car for over 2 years now, zero complaints or issues with the engagement.

Also been hearing some good things from people running the Exedy Hyper twin clutch.

I have the rxt as well holds great and the pedal is easy on he leg even in traffic

Just an FYI you’ll have to grind the front of your trans a little to get the clutch fork to move away from the pp fingers enough. If not, over time as it wears and the fingers move back you’ll end up with constant pressure and enough to slip with the clutch all the way

I think my RXT would have kept holding if that hadn’t happened to mine after about 14k Miles.

Went with the 1200 this time and the pedal is a bit heavier but it holds like a mofo.

Oh and get the Lakewood adjustable pivot ball and shorten it by 5mm. I went 7-8mm and it engaged a touch lower than I’d like.
