So I've been wondering if there are any new favorites out there? I haven't seen much mention of these two:

I'm still a fan of the sometimes controversial, but always big and ugly PMAS. Those other two look pleasing at least.

PMAS is a favorite of Lund, its not a favorite or even recommend by AED, food for thought

everything I see is still between JLT and PMAS. From what I've seen, JLT still produces on the track while PMAS has the reputation for the cleanest MAF signal.

PMAS is a favorite of far more than Lund. Shaun/AED is actually the first person I've heard of who wouldn't recommend them. Either way, I try not to get worked up over a 12 second combo anymore. Lol

Got a signal comparison graph to something common like a JLT? I think it may be time to do a CAI shootout.
I do not. But i think a comparison would be nice. Sounds like something SVTP could do.

Also its always good to go with a combo that your tuner recommends. As you will get the most out of those combos.

Yeah AED preferred Airaid race on my coyote before I went cobra jet (Dmark, Rev, and FRPP were his CAI choices on the CJ), So i imagine they have a good signal as well and the flange was nicely done. JLT is really one of the only brands that gets a consistent garbage MAF signal, I have one of their intakes that I bought for my 12 Shelby and the MAF flange looks like a 4 year old made it with a dremel, I refused to run it because id honestly be surprised if the sensor would even seal to it. Ill post a pic later.

Here is that wonderful JLT MAF flange, Barely any lip on the right side.

The FRPP CAI for the CJ Intake is made by Airaid (now owned by K&N).

What is the best intake for the stock 18 manifold? And which is better, the 18 stock or is it still the CJ intake?

VMP just did a big intake shootout.

The 18 basically won from what I remember.. largely due cost being that it basically matched the Cobra Jet's HP and made more torque lower in the rpm range.
