hello everyone!

I currently have 17 GT with a Roush phase 2 supercharger. I am limited to 91 octane in my area so my tuner recommended me to go back from 80mm with stock ROUSH tune to 85MM custom Lund tune. But now I’m seeking for more power and there are no e85 in my area. He advised me that I can step down to 82mm but I must get bigger injector. I’m debating on id1050 vs FIC 1000, I’m leaning more FIC since it’s cheaper. So my questions is, what estimated hp increase from 85mm to 80mm, I’m trying to see if it’s worth the investment of 150 for pulley and 700-1k for injectors. Speaking of injector, any thoughts on FIC’s I’f they are any good compared
To ID.

I went from a 85 to 82 to 79mm and each step picked up and out 15/15 each and about 1 pound of boost.

I would just run the 80mm on the roush tune. They make good power and safe enough on 91oct. In fact when I dynoed mine the guy said it wouldn't even be worth it to tune it. All adding bigger injectors will do is allowed them to spin it to 7600. I doubt on your 85mm that will make anymore power than the 80mm on the roush tune.

Yeah Lund won't tune If I go with 80mm pulley but Shaun from AED is able to do it. How much did yours dyno at? My phase 2 only dyno 550/500 91 octane that on stock roush tune. It was over 100 degrees that day and drove the car about 60 miles to get to the dyno place, not sure if that explains the low number

Mine made 630/534 and yeah those are some low numbers on your car. Was it logged during the pulls to check a/f and timing etc? If not that was a waste of time.

Man I wonder why my numbers are so low... should I even bother to do id1000 and 82mm pulley as adviced by Lund? Just wondering if the cost worth of rwhp gains

First thing I would do is spend another 80 for another couple dyno pulls vs 2k+. This time have them log boost, a/f, timing etc. Then go from there.
