So I’ve been on the market and looking for a single turbo kit. I don’t want to wait for CPR, nothing against them, I think they have a wonderful kit. Just can’t wait that long. I don’t necessarily like the JPC kit since it re-uses the stock headers and I, myself, don’t feel comfortable re-using them. Also, the hellion kit apparently is not that good at all. The On3 Single Kit interests me, but I haven’t been able to find a lot of information about it (if anybody has any more, feel free to blurt out.) So far I’m pretty set on the On3 kit with the 88mm.

I understand there are other forums discussing the On3 kit, but they seem pretty dead and not a lot of information on how good the fitment is and the power output of the 88mm. Any information regarding this or the 76mm would be greatly appreciated.

With all of that being said, the motor is going to be built. Motor build consists of: Short-Block:
- [x] -Manley Platinum Series 11.5:1 CR Pistons
- [x] -Molnar Billet H-Beam Rods
- [x] -ARP2000 Rod Bolts
- [x] -King HP Rod Bearings
- [x] -Manley/AP Total Seal Rings
- [x] -ARP Main Studs
- [x] -King HP Main Bearings
- [x] -Boundary OPGs/Crank Sprocket

Long-Block:
- [x] -ARP 11mm Head Studs
- [x] -TrickFlow Valve Springs
- [x] -MMR Secondary Timing Chain
- [x] -ARP Cam Tower Bolts
- [x] -ARP Balancer Bolt
- [x] -ARP Cam Phaser Bolts

I'm pretty much hearing as time goes on, on3 keeps getting better. I'm in the same boat with a similarly built motor. I'm leaning towards the Hellion twin, but have heard from a shop owner the similarity between it, and the on3 twin is very high in many aspects.

I have the on3 single 76mm I did not install it I had a shop do it and they told me there was some modifications that they needed to do. I have no track times yet but I can tell you the turbo spools very fast. It put down 768 rwhp on E85 I am still on stock block so we did not push it any further.
If there are any questions you have just let me know.

That is stout man, especially for a stock motor. I’m wanting to make around 900-950whp on E85. I’m most likely gonna order the 88mm around the end of this year or January.

That’s what I keep hearing too. I was also looking at the hellion twin, but I like the single turbo setups more than twins.

I like simplicity of the single over the twins for sure. I've been told the standard kits, either twin or single can get me to my power goals that are similar to yours.

I love the kit there was a few 5hings that I did not like though . Like going from two wide bands down to one . Oh and they relocate the mas sensor but don’t give you a extended harness. There was just little things I would buy the kit again in a heartbeat it is overall a good kit.

I think every kit would have it’s up and downs. This just seems to be the best bang for your buck.

Heard from 3 different people it doesn't take much at all to surpass the 830rwhp advertisement on the on3 website using the base 76mm. Also the other poster on this thread making nearly 770 on 11 psi would make that pretty believable imo.
