Wow the Mustang sold almost 76,000, the Challenger almost 67,000 & the Camaro only 50,000. The 6th Gen interior is 1990's rental quality, you can't sit up in it or see out of it, and the 2019 update is hideous. It's as if GM is trying to kill the Camaro and the Silverado so they can build more Obama cars.

The designer of this limited visibility car has to be related to top mgt!!! This chop top mentality has gone as far back and the last gen Camaro...Too much money for a car with so many issues.

I'm some what surprised that the Challenger sold that much as they are so big and really don't handle that well. I'm not a Camaro fan at all but the Dodge is just about straight line power, good hellcat marketing maybe?

I would say it's a combination of things with marketing being one; Dodge is the best at marekting IMO. Even if you weren't buying a Demon, chances are you saw all of the promotion for it and maybe it swayed you to get one of the other trims. I can't even think of any Camaro marketing off the top of my head and the only Mustang marketing I can remember is the teaser for the 2020 GT500 with the supercharger showing a date. I think they showed the gauges at some point too?

As far as straight line vs handling, a lot of people like to talk about handling characteristics, 'ring times, etc., but in the real world most people buying these types of cars are a lot more likely to mash the pedal in a straight line somewhat regularly than they will throw it into a corner at speed.

Lastly, to many people, the Challenger is the best looking of the 3 and looks are a big factor for many people.

Just my $0.02.

I just drove a 2017 SS for an upcoming video on my channel, and after spending some real time with it; it isn't bad! Blind spots are a real thing with it, but it's quick, shifts amazing (this one was the 8spd) and the interior is actually very nice compared to what I was expecting from reading online.

The '19 camaro is a joke front and rear. Who ever green lighted that abomination should be fired.
On a positive note, at least GM listened to the critics and changed the horizontal grill splitter piece from body color to black. That change really helped make the front end look. Not everyone likes the '19 Camaro, of course. Not everyone likes the '19 Mustang or the '19 Challenger, either. The big thing that has kept me from embracing the new Camaro is the poor visibility.

I've been hearing a lot of people say that Dodge is selling so well because they are giving the cars away for dirt. I have heard this from probably 3 or 4 people in the industry in some capacity.

They are selling them because every time my TV is on, there is a Dodge doing a burnout. I haven't seen a true stand alone Mustang commercials in years.

I sold Camaro and sat in our floor model over and over trying to get myself to like it, never could get over the sitting in a bunker feel.

Everyone complains about the interior, lol....mustang and camaro guys bitching about each other’s interior sound like two bums fighting over who’s cardboard box has the better ambience. We don’t buy these cars for the interior...

Agreed. The only two things striking against any 2010+ Camaro, one of which is purely subjective and the other which seems to be universally agreed upon even by owners, is 1) the looks (just not a huge fan of how they look, especially from 2019 and on) and 2) the blind spots. Otherwise, it's a good car and solid performer. I don't particularly agree with General Motors as a company and their practices, but the sixth generation Camaro is quicker and faster than a second generation Coyote all day, stock for stock and mod for mod. At least in my experience, where hero runs don't count for shit.
