In terms of annual production it'd still get beat by the number of GT500's produced in 2007/2008.

Problem is that dealers mark them up so much they don't sell as many, so it creates a false shortage which keeps the ADM up...and production down.

Yes but if the amount cars produced, as well as gt500 dealerships as large as newer Information says, those adms might not be around as long.

It was either here or mustangg6 where it was said every dealer in the gt500 program will get one, roughly almost 3k dealers, getting 1 at or just above msrp shouldnt be as hard as the 350 was

Hope you're right but doubt it.

If Ford is handling the allocations for the GT500 the same way they have in the past, a dealer has to pay for the allocation. Not every dealer will buy an allocation. The big dealers that have more than 1 allocation end up buying allocations through other dealers. A dealer that is willing to pay the allocation fee plus an additional $5,000 to another dealer for a new GT500 doesn't have much incentive to sell one at MSRP. This is why the ADM's go up.

$1000 per vehicle line (Raptor, RS, GT, GT500, GT350) per year? or $1000 for all that FP has to offer?

For the 2013-14 GT500 it was 1 allocation per year @$1000 per allocation for a total of $2000.

Just the GT350s and GT500s have had that.

You pay $1,000 each year to be in the program, and you are guaranteed 1 unit. Additional units were earned by previous specialty sales, then Mustang sales, then total sales, then market share, then customer surveys.

so if its true, allocations shouldnt be as hard. ill just scour the dealers out in bum****istan midwest america that has low income levels but somehow got an allocation.

in other news, my NNJ/NYC guy says his rep states: "no allotment info yet.cant do X or similar plans for 1st year" ( i dont know what they mean by that) " going to see if any dealers will honor msrp for him"

There's definitely no allotment info yet. And there's no reason why a dealer couldn't sell at MSRP for 1st year. That sounds like BS IMO.

It’s an option, the low volume dealers. If they’re willing to buy into the Shelby program, it should guarantee them at least one.
So, if you pay their $1000 dealer fee, I don’t see why they wouldn’t let you order one at MSRP or better.
I bought my 2014 at $2000 over invoice. The dealer charged me their cost to get in the 2 year program and then invoice, to which they still make money (hold-back). So they made money and had a happy customer in 2013 and 2014.

Reached out to a GM/Dodge GM friend the other day. says hes sure 20-30k ADM on them, as his stuff was going for 15k over easily the 1st year.

Anyway, his former blah blah blah is now ford GM. Put me in touch with him. Hes confident hes getting 3, due to volume, past allocations, etc. Im working on a deal with him, but hes attending the superbowl right now. Once I have more specifics next week ill update

More questions than answers, not sure if this has been seen since its 350 specific but

Q1- safe to assume same base allocation for 350 as GT500, 1 per every enrolled in GT500 program?

Q2- startup + november? when will/have they start production? safe to assume sept/october/november?

If dealer is not currently enrolled, can they get enrolled in the next few months and still be able to get one during first year?
