I've had 4 high end Expeditions as daily drivers over the years, actually ordered a 2019 black Platinum to replace my 2015, but while waiting started looking at Raptors. I was a bit nervous about the Raptor ride and handling while putting 18k miles a years on one, but 1000% glad I got it. 2019 Magnetic, 802A, all options but stickers (I'm not a sticker guy). Performance and technology is really, really nice. A few crappy cell phone pics from when I picked it up last month. I've made a number of mods so far and have just a couple I'll do when I can get it in one of my garage bays. I have a set of stock size (35) Ridge Grapplers in the garage to replace the stock KO2s which don't have the best reputation and need to have them mounted. My wife didn't know I was getting it and when she saw it in the driveway she asked if it was 'some sort of damn Transformer or something' . LOL

I’ve had 2 m1008’s, a m1028, and 2 m1009’s.

One of the 1008’s also has a gear vendor OD which was awesome and allowed me to drive on the highway at 70+ mph.

Miss those trucks... I need another.

Yea man.... this truck is so much fun to drive around and super easy to work on. I'm really enjoying it. I paid $4,200 for it and the seller delivered it for me. 14 bolt with a locker in the back, open Dana 60 up front. Still has all the IR lighting and the jump port.

Me and my kid completely rebuilt the brakes, hubs and spindles. We are putting a new lift kit in it and doing a cross-over high-steer kit. We should get a good 10 years of daily use out of it once its done (hopefully by summer).

I hope you find something you like. I am finding some pretty clean ones around here for about $6K. Closer to $4k if you're willing to do some work to make it safe to drive.

Its crazy.. i used to get them for 1500-2500 all day long and 2x on Sunday which was admittedly very cheap but prices sure have gone up.

You used to be able to get them from the gov auctions for even less although ive never bought one that way.

I need to dig up some pics of mine.
