Mgw stuff and very notchy

Installed the shifter and the two handles race and comfort, at first I thought it was way too stiff and notched I asked mgw they said it has to be worked in for a thousand kms . I changed the tranny oil and its been 1000 kms still stiff and notchy whatbthe hell ??

...and you don't have all of the OEM rubber garbage in the MGW shifter. You are actually going to feel the shifter drop into the gates and gear. Plus the shifter is shorter, so you are going to apply a little more pressure.
