Just look through the market for other examples. I believe its a pic of your user name, + date on a piece of paper on top of the car is what is asked.

Write your screen name and date on a piece of paper, then rest it on your car and take a photo of the car. Post the photo in order to prove that the ad / car is from you and it ain’t spam.
