Hi team,
Currently, my car is putting around 750rwhp using ID1000 with MS109 through 16 psi
My engine is 9.5 compression (Aluminator).
The question is:
Is it safe to tune the car on (Ethanol) E85 using the same injectors?
Are there any concerns or risks that requires to upgrade the Injectors?
Finally, what is the expected gain with E85 ?

I would ask your tuner about their thoughts on upgrading. That is not enough injector in my opinion.

My car gained 5mph with just a fuel change (132 to 137) in the 1/4..

ID1000's are good to 850 whp on E85 at about 90% duty cycle. Ur motor can handle more than ur injectors can. Be a good idea to go ID1300x.

1000cc injectors is typically the minimum size required by most tuners on a boosted application. You will also need a return style fuel system. I'm currently running e85 with the same injectors and sai li fuel system making the same power as you but am running less boost (12 psi) since i have stock 11:1 compression. I agree ask your tuner. They may recommend id1300's since you are making more boost.

Already have dual walbro pump retur style system.
I will talk to my tuner and see his recommendations.
One more questions, is there any benefit or gains of upgrading to ID1700 instead of ID1300 since the difference in cost between both is around 600$

Since your running low compression (9.5), you should have more than enough injector. What fuel pumps are you running?

In my opinion you will be at the upper end of the Injector but seriously doubt you will max them. Your making 750 on a good race fuel, best case scenario you will pick up 30-40 over race gas which is still well within the supportable range for your fuel system.

So, is there any difference in the gain of E85 with my ID1000 and E85 with ID1300?
You're saying 30 or 40 horsepower will be the gain with ID1000, how much will be with ID1300 considering no problems woth Cold Start at all..

You don't gain hp from swapping injectors alone, they simply allow you to make more hp. With that said there should be no difference between the 1000 cc and 1300 cc injectors on your set up. If you had more boost or higher compression you would max the 1000s out and would need the 1300s.

There will be no "Cold start" issues in the desert.... if ur making 750 hp now on 109 u can make another 50 on E85 im betting but u will be tapped out unless u wanna turn ur fuel pressure up THEN u can go a little higher but the 1300x is what u really need.
